Just found that there is an agent for them in Brisbane. A fair drive from here, but what can ya do.
I would rather go to an actual place that will be doing the work and telling them exactly what I want. If I use a middle man, no doubt I wont get what I want.

Have you thought of using bicycle handbrake cables ?
Mountain bike, BMX etc are usually stainless steel and heavy duty.

I need one that is fairly short with an outer Dia of about 10mm to suit the throttle body cable guide i'm using.

I've always found cutting down longer cables works great - ke55/70 etc. corolla ones are pretty handy for this. So easy to do, and with a little lube, ends up feeling nicer than the original Evil or Very Mad

Sorry to dig up an old thread here..

But I had a question about shortening a accelerator cable. I have a KE70 one that is way too long and want to shorten it.

But if I cut off the end that goes on the throttle body, how do you go about putting an end on it again to hook into the throttle body?

Thanks
Joel
