Cressida box is on its way out i think wont go into overdrive and when it does it jumps in and out.. Sad Which would mean there is a problem in the valve body...

Now, i have a Auto Gearbox from a 3TGTE 1984 Celica, To my nest knowlege the gearboxes are compatable just use the Mx62 bellhousing ?

few other questions i have,

Is the 84 Celica 3TGTE Box a 3sp with a overdrive ? or 3sp with no overdrive ?

Would the shift linkage fit too this box ?

The 3TGTE auto is a 3 speed with electronic overdrive. I'd say the only way you'll find the answers to this question will be to try it!

Well that takes care of one question Smile

Cressida is 3sp with electronic overdrive but need to be sure that they will bolt up etc...
