Chain tensioner 18rgeu puzzle

Ok i was happily driving aalong when my chain tensioner screw came out .
I spoke to my friend and he said that it wasn't the proper chain tensioner for the car, he did however give me a bag of goodies which apparently makes a 'new' tensioner. So my question to you guys is such:
how do all the parts go back together, am i missing any parts.
Due to my lack of ability to use imaging programs at work assume the top left part is number 1 , top right part is number 8
bottom left is number 9 and bottom right is number 19.
parts 9 through to 14 are a heap of o-rings and 15 through to 19 have been taken in a close up picture as well.
Has someone pulled one of these apart, do i have everything, can i put it all back together? Am i even able to add these pictures to the thread...

and the closeup...

golly i hope that worked

Ha I should be so lucky.
This is the bag of goodies that apparently makes a chain tensioner that i got when i got my car.
The chain tensioner that is in the car at the moment is completely different looking one piece unit that HAD a screw in one side that was supposed to provide the tension, but it never worked properly anyway, and now that this screw has come out somewhwere and been lost for good, it definatley doesn't work now.
Hence the dilemma with this little bag, it was in pieces before i recieved it so i have no template to work on to put it back together, hence turning to you legends for guidance.

ok with a bit of playing i have gotten bloody close i think.
I can account for all of the parts except for the ball bearing, the cup thingy and the little spring.
all three parts go on one side of the big spring, but which side is it, one assumes it goes in the order ball bearing then spring then cup to go around the spring and ball bearing?

Off the top of my head i think you have the ball bearing bit round the wrong way,
I seam to recall that the ball bearing goes in the seat on the outside and the spring on the inside...
hmmm....will check when i get home...
