I got one of these, pretty good on the fuel and reliable.
They have a fulltime 4wd system with a centre diff lock.
Dont know how capable they are off road. They dont have much ground clearance. Obviously it wont be as capable as a landcruiser, but it should do alright.

I was looking at a Subary Liberty Wagon or Outback, so this might persent a good alternative, i'll do a bit of research and get back to you. What transmission does it have and where are you located?

I am selling because I've just bought a Forester.
The Corolla is a 5-speed manual and I'm in Quaker's Hill.
