Selling RA23 or will part!!

very very sad day..only had the car for about a month, my first car!
ok...got a yellow sticker and now have been told it would cost way to much to get rid of the rust under the car even though drives well,except now needs new water pump and couple of oil leaks, currently it has :
1977 ra23 Celica – metallic blue, tint
18r-c engine rebuilt 65,000k's ago with extractors, 5 speed
Lukey exhaust system
custom interior all retrimed, spotless, black
sport aftermarket seats, immobiliser
Momo steering wheel and wood grain gear knob.
Blaupunkt stereo with Amp, two 6*9's, two 6’s, 6 inch splits and a 12 inch sub
15inch rims, lowered, 2 new front tyres
has 2 dents
would anyone wanna buy this car and try and take it though the pits themselves?
or does anyone want anything specific..open to offers!!

those white specs on the interior..jsut dust..have clean it..and looks spotless!
i would keep the car...but dont know anyone who can get rid of rust for me
can anyone do it? or know of anyone that will do it for cheap??
just would need it cut out..and stick some metal plates over
