yeah...what do you need the alloy radiator for. is it the ta22. If so ill try to get a price for ya but i need to know all the details first. they are not cheap either. Plus polishing is extra.

Yeah its for the TA22 but I want it the full width if you know what I mean. I'll be cutting the extra rail away on the drivers side.
When you say polishing, do you just mean the tanks? Cause I think I can take care of this.

best thing to do is get your measurements. but would be better if did this as ill be organising it and we go form there. We polish the tanks on a buffing wheel for the shinny look.

Well I guess I could bring the GF's TA22 for you to have a look at and get some measurements? I know the width of the core I want cause I want it exactly the same as my intercooler core.

Ok well I want the core 500mm wide, Normal height I guess. How big are the tanks normally? I want the top edge of the core to be as high as possible so it allows me to have maximun air flow for the intercooler.
Hope that makes sense Rolling Eyes
Oh and whats the average costs?

I would be needing a core size of 500x360x40 if this helps.

$1000 Shocked

i got a quote for an alloy rad for my 4agte sprinter for $400. I'm not sure on dimensions but either way there's a big diff in price.

Are there a few different types of alloy rad you can get? What do you think would be the differences between them? im not bagging you or anything people100 im just curious/confused Smile

i'll get some more specifics, ie:dimensions, over the weekend

that was probably just a standard alloy rad with plastic tanks...Big difference in the two. The reason they are so expensiver is because of the quality. we buy them from the supplier of the best rads in brissy. Ill get a good quote on monday. is that 360mm high including the tanks or just the core.

Thats 360 high just for the core. This hight is to allow for a 14 inch fan.
