Ok im trying to find out if the 3TGTE auto box wll fit my 5ME Mx62 Cressida as the box is on its last legs..

So what type of box is in the Cressida ? is there a code ? and where on the 3TGTE auto would i find a identification code ?

i already found out that the 3TGTE is a 3sp with electric overdrive Smile

Both boxes should have a little blue ID tag on the passenger's side of the gearbox (from memory). This will give you the model number for the gearbox.
