1989 Toyota Supra 3L Turbo Mon, 19 April 2004 12:49 Go to next message
Hey guys !

Just wondering the pro's and con's of this car.Im not sure of the series number but hopefully the year describes it.It features the 7M-GTE engine.I was wondering what kind of details this car has like power wise (hp/kw) 0-100 and 1/4 mile.

"Features the 7M-GTE engine??" More like, "is burdened with the 7M-GTE engine" Laughing .

what allan is trying to say is, use the search function.
there are probably a thousand topics covering the 7m-gte and the mk3 supra (ma70, ma71)

the engine is known to have issues with it's head gasket unless you treat it properly (toyota red coolant, torque up the head bolts).
the car is a bit of a barge, but the 7m is a torque monster, so you wont notice it so much.

cant be arsed repeating what is already there to be said.
