$150

Does the unit play mp3's well, like does it skip etc? can it recognize most cd-r's. cause i bought the previous model for nearly 400 and the piece of crap stoped reading mp3s after a few months , and now it has trouble reading any cd..

well im sorry, i ahev the upmost respect for JVC, and my next headunit will hopefully be JVC one.

this is a great unit. they must have eliminated what ever problems ur had in this model, cause this has only EVER skipped twice since iv had it! maybe it was ur suspension or installation that made urs skipped.

this thing reads all my MP3's and displays artist, songtitle, time left on song, time remaining on song, name of the CD its self, and can navigate through folders with ease. its all good.

just follow the instruction in the manual, and ur discs will work fine.
