normally there is a small wire thing that holds it on, it is a semi circle shape with bent bits on both ends. I normally use a flat head screw driver on both the bent ends and push. if you understand me

Exactly what he said...
Push the door trim back away from the window winder, shove a small flat head screw driver in there and lever out the metal clip, then it will all come off easily.

Coming from an SV21 owner and having done all this the hard way(myself), take the map pockets off and mount the mid drivers between the lower left corner of the door and the window winder. So mark on the trim where the winder goes in a circle so u dont have any issues later.
User an MDF spacer screwed seperately to the trim. You'll have to cut a hole in the metal behind the trim, but don't worry it won't screw up ur door opening and closing.
Mount the Tweaters on the A-pillars as close to the dash as possible but so they are pointed directly at the opposite seat/side of the car.(the driver's side will obviosly be higher.
Any other Questions, PM me.
Cheers, Pete.

Or, even better, mount the tweeters in the kick panels pointing towards the opposite head-rest to get the most equal distancing from them.

Tom.

I found the bast way to remobe the winders was using a piece of coat hanger wire with a small hook on the end.

I've removed them 4 times in the last couple of days so i'm getting quite quick at it
I've found that if you get a flat head screwdriver, slip its thinnest side between the door and the window winder and move it sideways... it pops off the little metal clip very easily.
