EOI: w50/bellhousing to suit ford 2lt pinto Kit Tue, 20 April 2004 11:42 Go to next message
heys - posting for a friend ..

he has a Mk2 escort , currently with a w50 celica 5 speed box conversion, and he wants the 4 speed GB back ( historical racing rules )

hes looking to either sell or swap his GB kit for a escort 4 speed box/bellhousing complete from a RS2000 or Mk2 rallypack Escort.

this means a complete celica 5 speed kit for a escort RS 4 speed kit - direct swap - clutches , bellhousings , boxes , shifters - the whole deal

Ive driven the escort with this box - and its still in VGC ..

re rallypack or Rs2000 - reaseon behind this is to comply with historical racing regs ..

my mate has a "rallypack" mk2 escort that hes building up to be a tarmac rally special and he wants it back to as close as " original " as he can get .. ( were using it in classic adelaide rally in " competition SS " category )
number hers 52315331 if you wanna ring me and chat - ill get in contact with mate tonight if he wants to toss you an email/pic/ etc as well!

he needs everything to convert it back into the car - so if you have the lot - ill let him know also emmac.

maybe a 3 way swap/purchase?
