I'm in Sydney - Lower Northshore. When the gearbox was pulled out of the car it was working a treat. It was serviced regularly etc.

What do you mean bolt on warranty?
We are taking about a second hand gearbox for only $100. Last time i checked it was working fine.

sorry mate i dun mean to sound tight but its not for me and the dude its for asked if it would be possible to have a bolt on warranty (if when its bolted on it doesnt work he can get his money back)

I can't give a warranty on a second hand part that has been out of the car. I know its for a friend but its only $100. If he wants a warranty he is better off getting a reco gearbox and paying for the privilege. Don't get me wrong, I'm not being difficult its just not worth my while.
