3sge rear wheel drive conversion

Ok the plan was to use a 2s block with the 3s head for a sa63 celica. Just have a few questions. does the 3sge run a crank angle sensor or dizzy. Will a 3sfe efi manifold fit the 3sge and also a 3sfe timing belt fit it.
