Hi,

I urgently need the part mentioned for this thread. I have just changed the ct12's for another pair of ct12's assuming it should bolt straight on, but it doesn't. The screw holes where the intake pipe bolt up are wider.

So the turbo intake flange pipe off the original ct12's does not fit. The distance between the two screw holes from the furthest end must be no less than 650mm.

I hope this makes sense!

Is there an alternative??

cheers
Ash

The Gen 2 and Gen 3 intake pipes are larger. Looks like you got the turbos, so you'll need the pipes off one of those engines.

the cheap way to do it is to cut the flange off and put on the flanges you need! liverpool exhast {chevy or jim} will have the flanges you need! the best way is to have a custom manifold made.

most could do it! but only a few will do a great job. if you want a custom made manifold you would make it in stainless equal lenght . then jet coat the manifold and turbine housing. this is the best way but also the most expensive costing about $1600 for single turbo or $2000 for twin turbo. to cut your flanges of and weld new ones on would cost about $300 that would be just supply.
