The speedometer not working in my AW11, i'm sure the speedo cable is workiong and someone told me it's the speed serson's problem. Does AW11 have speed serson?
and the charge me around $550 for fix it, it's the price ok?
they told me they can't find a secondhand speed serson.
is any have secondhand speed serson for AW11?

Hi friends, the cable i have just change it about 2 months and it's a new cable, bought from toyota
My friend has take out the back of the cable and turn it.
when the cable is turning and the speedometer has move and shows the speed. After that, my friend sad the cable hasn't broken~~
What's going in my car~~is it really the cable's problem.
because i'm pretty sure AW11 should not have speed sersor

make sure the cable is correctly seated into the base on the gearbox - as that may be why it's not reading. check that the speedo worm gear is not broken by using a flat balded screwdriver & verify that you cannot turn the worm drive in the gearbox - not very difficult to remove this part from gearbox either - 10mm socket & screwdriver.
