Oldcorollas had some brand new 2R pistons lying around.
The main problem with the 2R is the age. The first ones were made 40 years ago. They are all quite tired nowadays and probably clagged with sludge. That said, they are pretty tough old things.
Pretty understressed old motors with a 3 mains bottom end and pushrods. If you were incredibly lucky, you might find a 4R manifold with twin SUs and factory extractors - they fit straight up.
Other engines that would fit in your RN10 would be the 3R, 4R, 5R and 12R. The pick of the bunch would be the 5R (ideally from an RS50 series Crown or a Stout from the same era).

Will have a look tomorrow for you.
I think I have the manifolds but no carby, could always use an adapter plate and fit a Weber.
Once I find if I have one, will get back to you on price.
