I am pretty sure they don't have anyone in Sydney. Just package your items and send them to Victoria.
I have only heard good feedback from this company for stuff that gets sent away to them.

HPC is the name of the company that does the coatings and they are located in country victoria. So dont be fooled into thinking that they are the only place that does that sort of coating, it might just be called a different name but the same coating, i do remember seeing one company offering a exhaust coating called jet performance coatings JPC, so do shop around you might not have to send your items to just the one place.

i emailed their brisbane office recently .. thought this info might help those considering this...
...
HiPerCoat Extreme is the only coating to use on a turbo exhaust manifold as the HiPerCoat Aluminium will not survive above 700 degrees C. The average cost to prepare and coat a 4 cylinder fabricated manifold with HiPerCoat Extreme is $440 including GST. This price can vary as some fabricated manifolds are very simple, while others can be very twisty meaning they are more difficult to apply the coatings, and they it also takes more coatings to cover the surface area....
