I'm now ma71 expert...but I know my NA ma70 had an oil cooler. Mounter in front of the radiator on the passenger side.
If by FMI your mean front mount intercooler than I find it highly unlikey that it'll containan oil cooler!!!
You may be looking at your power-steering cooler.
Perhaps retitling the thread "ma71 oil cooler?" will improve the response

Yes. Turbo MA71's had a front mounted oil cooler from the factory as standard.

It kinda looks exactly the same as the intercooler, it's half joined to it, but just to one side. Mine is on the right as you look at the car.

was thinking of putting in a power steering , and tranny cooler
but now since i think ive got both iil leave it

the stock oil cooler is pissy, upgrade to the biggest you can afford if ya gonna keep the auto box and give ya car a hard time

How important is it to have a Engine oil cooler on a 7MGTE? Got a aftermarket intercooler so theres not much room for a oil cooler.
