Most companies don't offer this due to incredible statistics on theft claims for this type of insurance.
People never seem to cancel their Third Party Only insurance because their car was stolen.. but gee there are a lot of theft reports for cars with the Theft cover included. Funny, that.

Where did you say NSW is a shit hole? the only place in all of Australia I have found the tolets police taped closed coz someone was raped in there the day before!
Sydney is a shithole, Dubbo is full of bugz, unfortunately QLD'ers and Victorians have to pass thru the ghetto on holidays
