yeah i got a question too...
when slamming on abs brakes are the wheels meant to chirp a bit?
cause i've been through hard braking and notice the wheels always have to chirp...
once i had to slam on the brakes at 70kph and steer to the middle lane quickly, and the brakes made a short skidding sound...
03 camry...i've never tried it in any other cars before

I think they will chirp.
ABS is supposed to stop the wheels from locking, as if you didn't know!
So yes they will chirp. I have heard this myself.
And the pedal will pulsate too.
Cheers

yeah i know abs doesn't lock the wheels..so you can steer...
i know the pedal pulsates too...sometimes when driving into my driveway and when i turn sharp and brake hard the abs kicks in for abit...because of the gutter of my driveway...i can feel the pedal bounce out around 2 times...
anyways heh i did it again today...i was gonna change lanes...signalled already, and i was gonna move...but then the car in front was stopping fast so i had to slam the brakes and steered to the left....ahh...and the wheels chirped
