Has any one ever done a ra60/ra65 ute?
the hatch's are bitches... they never stop rusting... so i though about a ute style celica...
what are yas thoughts about it?

hey that sounds like a really neat project, the only drawback I could concieve would be engineering and structural integrity of the chasis but figure those out and youll have a unique piece of machinery

yeah... if i did i would get thick roll bars sorta made in the shape of the boot... i did a dodgey photoshop but it looks crap so i aint ganna post it

yeah ive thought about that before, if you get a look at the coupe shape and sort of imagine it having a longer boot it looks awesome, ive also thought of making a ra65 panelvan which would of course be a two seater and id tig up some sort of rollcage with the back windscreen having 100% window tint and no other windows in the back...then its just a matter of making up the colours....interior to look modern yet 80's at the same time in the choice of colours, maybe lime green and a darker green on a lime green car with a deep forest pearl through
