urgent help for 1g motor Sun, 02 May 2004 11:05 Go to next message
ijust got my exhaust done and i have replace the twin turbo with a single turbo.
i want to drive it home but not sure how to connect the two hose that disconnect from the original twin turbo set up.
as i understand that the hose from the rocket i can just replace it with a filter (correct me if im wrong)
then i have another line which is connect that to the inlet manifold,
i believe that that line need to be connected between the inlet housing and the airflow meter.
but then my nephew said that i can leave it disconnected with just a filter on it,
is that correct?
any info would be great
thanx

If you are still running the standard computer, then it won't run without the air flow meter. It needs to be connected to the centre part of the compressor side of the turbo.

I think thats what your asking anyway.
