 Lexus AFM & 550cc Injectors Upgrade on 1G?

Hi,
Just wondering if the ever so popular mod on the 7M-GTE will work wonders on the 1G-GTE as well? Anyone tried it out? Are the injectors and afm bolt on as well?

this is onlt guessing but the 7m and 1u use a diff style afm to the 1g's flap style so im guessing it wont work

Darn...As I came across this guy in japan and he wants to sell me a used Lexus AFM and a set of used DN 550cc injectors for a price I couldn't resist. I was thinking I might keep it for a while till I need it and then put it on.

if your after 550cc injecters 13bt ones fit and plug straight in thats what i used on mine and its a series 2 1g, the plugs on the series 3 1g are slightly different.
440cc 7m injecters also fit, just need to change the injecter plugs, thats on the series 2 1g, not sure if they plug straight into the series 3 1g or not.
