What is the effect if i put an FCD (fuel cut dispenser) in a naturally aspirated engine?

will it cut the engine rev limit? Laughing

A fuel cut defender on a NA engine is about as useful as a blowoff valve on a NA engine. Go ahead and do it, but don't expect it to acheive anything! I can see no reason why it would remove the rev limiter.
