The fuel system is actually standard. Standard injectors are 550cc. Had a perfect air/fuel ratio on the dyno. The standard boost is 13psi and ecu fuel cut 17psi, which are pretty high for a stock ECU.
Like ur car btw. where did you find the bonnet? I was looking at doing a 3sgte swap in my old ST204R FWD celica before i found the ST205.

bonnet's stock, comes with the car from the factory
i didn't know 205's had 550s and that much boost, i only got 430's and 9pounds. my ECU has mapping to 18psi, and no fuel cut, but not even the fuel rails, pump, turbo or injectors will go more than about 14 (mostly turbo maxes out there) i get a small CT -26......u got a CT20B (which i know doesnt really exist, its only an internet name.....dont start......but hey what the hell else do u call it?)

heh - nice machine webster
Mines just a " standard " st185 at the moment - but will have most of the 205 running gear soon in one shape or another and max boostage of around 20 - 25PSI I hope ( getting the grp A motor built stronger ) Ill be using a supra fuel pump and 550 CC 205 injectors coupled with a Aftermarket ECU and Highflowed Ct26 ( to4e 50 ish trim )
Beej - liberate that boost ;)Im also in possession of the group A bonnet and Bumper - so its " as close to a real one " as i can build

yer i got an aftermarket warranty from the dealer though, so onlya qualified mechanica can touch it for 3 months......soon as the times up, 14pounds. gotta get that short shifter and those gear ratios dude, then u got CSstylez
atleast i got my 3 inch turbo back exhaust, hi flow cat and 4" tip, BOV sounds nice, idiot did a dumb arse thign with the intake though, got rid of stock airbox, and put in a K&N filter, in the open.....in the middle of a hot engine bay.....fix that straight up as soon as my warranty's gone, and get a boost controller
always a hard decision whether u wanna rebuild ur CT26 or go with a new one though

well atm its the custom manifold needed for something like a garret Gt series turbo thats stopping me getting a aftermarket one - though turbo upgrade is next year .. this year im aiming to have the brakes upgraded to st205 , the group a motor + w to A intoercooer + 550 CC injectors in , a fresh St205 box in + a new clkutch if needed , and my bodywork finished ( grp A bonnets yet to go on .. )
The 205 box comes with the shifters and the ratios And the LSD setup too , so she'll basically be full grp A running gear underneath , in a Grp A'ed Sti15 Oz spec body
I like my velour interior VS the grp 's cloth jobby
Oh i forgot about the " pissorf" valve .. that goes on after the W to A arrives

Very nice . I didnt know the 185 bonnet was very similar to the 205's.
Ive only owned the 205 for no more than a month now i think. All of the mods i have were already setup. Whoever had the car before hand did a great job imo. Im lookin at an aftermarket blow-off valve, any suggestions? Are there many cruises? it would be awesome to cruise with a heap of GT4's .
Heres a cool link if you havent seen it yet.

Beej - if i go aftermarket id probably go a GT series garret jobbie - i hear they are pretty sweet on Gt4's too
Webster - yeah the 185 Grp A bonnet is a similar design to the 205's except the 205 i believe has a larger hole in it
Re cruises - where are you based? NSW , QLD , vic ?

Webstor - alot of guys use the HKS SSQV for BOV.....one blokes car is so mad he uses two of these rather than a single larger one.....something about quicker response or something
cruises: theres a big celica.net crew in melbourne, with i think 4 or 5 GT4's now, there used to be a GT4 club there, but they kinda fell apart, appart from that, your car isnt like a nissan silvia, where theres thousands of ppl to hang out with.......toymods and a celica club would be your best bet
classique- man within a year i wanna be using a HKS ball bearing......we'll see though
larger hole as in the vent, or the cam belt cooling hole?

YeaH i get some pretty big backfires, as my stock bov isnt plumbed back any more (because of the HKS induction kit).
I was thinking of getting the GFB Stealth FX, but i did come across a HKS kit for the 205.

Ummm, while I don't own a full-blown ST205 GT-Four, I got the guts-and-all deal out of a Jap-spec 205, gearbox, ST185 Grp-A rear diff for my RAV... she'll be road-bound once more soon enough, just getting the turbo rebuilt and that should be the end of that phase.
A friend of mine (Gary) runs an ST205 which is white and damn fast. Another ST205 owner is a guy up north, Dave McNeill. Australian GT-Four's are rare as rocking-horse shit. Only 77 were brought into Australia, and each of them has a limited edition number on the console. BTW, stock injectors are 540cc on the 205's.

If you wanted to push the issue I'm certain they would have to put the stock air box on as the pod wouldn't be legal... this makes the car not roadworthy and therefore the car is "not fit for the purpose intended" in the sale of goods act therefore they have to do something!
Its the same reason a dealer can't sell you a car with bald tyres etc.

I recently had the CT20B out and the hi-flowed guts of a CT26 stuffed in there instead. It's being reinstalled now. Should be fired up this week and just about ready to drive I think..
I had my exhaust made up completely custom, but I did want to use the stock dump pipe from the Jap-spec 205, but in the RAV4 it wouldn't fit up (too small of a space). I'm looking to sell it (dump-pipe + adapter) if anyone's interested. Dump is 4.5", adapter is down to 3".

I'd recommend Stewart Toyota in Sutherland. I spoke with a guy called Joe Tonna quite a few times regarding technical info about the ST205 GT-Four. He always had the info I wanted.
I'd be taking the car to him and asking for him by name.

if its not a camry , hilux or a landcruiser - most toyota service depots arent wiorth pissing on - they would have NO idea what they are dealing with!
I get all my major work done by a race car engineer ( ie engine swap ) , now own the 3sgte service manual - and will do minor servicing by myself ..
its not that hard to do - just awquard in places ( ie oil filter is a BITCH )

In what could possibly be the biggest coincidence (or conspiracy if you think that way), I've found someone selling a set of 8"x16" OZ racing rims that came off an ST205.
They're too wide for me to use as weekend rims, but I'd be interested in trading them for something narrower.
I know this is the wrong section, but I thought I'd let you guys know because of the difficulties I had in finding replacement rims.
