4AGE Hesitation/Stuttering?!

Hey Pplz
Ive got a small port 4age in a AE86 w/ std ecu, cams, zorst etc etc...
Recently the motor has been having hesitation for a few minutes after the car has been started. The higher I keep the revs the faster it goes away.
It also gets real bad if I leave the car idling for a while.
Any ideas? Ive changed the spark plugs and coil lead. Im thinking mabey fuel filter?

Does the motor hesitate all the time or only when in gear/driving.
