4AGE Hesitation/Stuttering?! Thu, 06 May 2004 12:34 Go to next message
Hey Pplz

Ive got a small port 4age in a AE86 w/ std ecu, cams, zorst etc etc...

Recently the motor has been having hesitation for a few minutes after the car has been started. The higher I keep the revs the faster it goes away.

It also gets real bad if I leave the car idling for a while.

Any ideas? Ive changed the spark plugs and coil lead. Im thinking mabey fuel filter?

Does the motor hesitate all the time or only when in gear/driving.

Oops edit that....

It happens when the car is not in gear too. I.E. When I rev it, but its obviously worse in gear because it bucks Smile
