Atkins diet is a crock.
Its really not a difficult thing to comprehend and i think you will find the best eating plan is in a book called "Body For Life".
6 small meals a day, lots of water, high protein and moderate carbs, exercise 6 days a week.
Its healthy and works, ive done it with great success and it has changed my perspective on life!
Its a good read

5ft 9 (172 cm) and 67kgs.
Drinking lots of water is a good idea, but I tend to drink more orange juice (no added sugar), milk (fattening but high in calcium) and tea as well.
I have 3 lightish meals a day. Lunch is usually a sandwich or 6inch sub style thingo and have some fruit. Breakfast is 8-10 vita brits without fail (gotta get a good start to the day, but I need to cut back on the 1/3 teaspoon of sugar per two vita brits!). Dinner is the biggie though, about 80-100g of meat (usually white ie fish/chicken) and plenty of veggies (at least 4 or 5?).
If i need a snack fruit is always good or just some plain toast + margerine.
As for exercise -> been slack lately - used to train 7-8 hours per week for taekwondo, now doing about 3!!! (and paying for it in form).
Yeah i know I should do better but oh well! I'm not on a diet so

and, after wasting 90 minutes of my life watching "10 things I hate about you" (again) I've decided if a woman wants to diet to look like julia stiles, then that's fine with me! (actualy, they'd have to look exactly like her, and have the same personality ... maybe a MZ twin?)

I wouldn't say milk is fattening. The only thing that is fattening is eating more kj than you expend during the day. Having some fat in your diet is good for you.
And really, we all have diets. We are all on a "Diet" of some description or another. If it be out of a book or out of our heads.

Depends what kind of fat as well - I think people over complicate this though. Generally speaking (generally) your body pretty much tells you what to do, unless you have an eating disorder.

You guys are all tiny......eat some STEAK!
And in regards to fats, you need all the essential fatty acids to function properly so you can;t completely cut out fats.
So all the poly and mono unsaturated fats are teh shite.

I think that a girl's diet should consist of plenty of tubesteak.
