T Series to F Series Diff?

Changing a T series diff to an F series diff...
The SA63 is fitted with a T series diff, And I am thinking of changing it over to an F series diff since the T series is stuffed.
Is it hard to change over or do I need to change the cradle and assembly?
Cheers.

It is possible to swap just the diff, but the mounting holes are different (ie some are in a different location and some are just missing) so it's a bit dodgy. It's generally considered easier and better to swap the whole disc-to-disc assembly out of an MA61 (or RA65 if you don't mind staying with drums).

Just as Norbie said, you can swap just the diff but its a bit of a hassle.
I found it easier to get a sacrificial T series axle to rob all the brackets and whatnot of that, and then, using another complete T series axle as the measurement template, weld the bits onto the F series axle and then bolt that on board.
So, the diff centre, the axles and the flange plate are all different between the T and the F axle.
