i know of a 4agte ae86 thats done a 13.6 and a gze one which has done around the same.
But yeah not many ae86 drivers care about 1/4 mile times.

well the JEM sprinter only has 214kw at the rear wheels and that wasnt a real expensive setup,gze bottom end,big port head,
rwd intake manifold,custom exhaust manifold with ct26 gt4 turbocharger all run by a haltech e6k...
very quick car...

Yeah was being sarcastic. You can get turbo 4AG's in both RWD or FWD corolla form going pretty hard, as seen with the JEM car. But personally I wouldnt need that kind of straight line speed in an AE86.

if you want a straight line car you dont buy an ae86 its that simple...so many other cars out there to choose from that will do just fine in stock trim and cost as much as your modded ae86. The other car will have more mod cons & be more viable mods wise (presuming straight line speed is your goal)
imo the ae86 is a car for people that like to drive with a bit of spirit
