You will need to buy a EFI fuel tank and pump , and also EFI fuel lines.

the fuel tanks are the same (mine was same as donor twinky tank but with less rust so i used it) u just need to put a efi pump in and asociated lines plus the twinky has a larger fuel line in to the front so its a good idea to swap that in aswell

I had to fit new lines to the sprinter and get a fuel pump for it, i used a VL turbo one, 1.5L surge tank and 3/8copper hose/piping for the line. It's all mounted just out side the tank under the car, cams rules states that no fuel should be inside the car, as tehe car is a liftback this is what i had to to, plus it doesn't take up any boot space either.

ah not.. it states that any single volume cars must have a liquid/fire proof bulkhead, ie perspect between you...

goto the wreckers
and get a fuel tank out of same model car as yrs but with an efi 4age

make sure u also get the main feed line that goes to the engine

i think u can buy these lines from toyota brand new pretty cheap

the line is slightly bigger than old feed line so if u want to fit it in original spot the clamps have to be filed out abit
due to old line being 6mm and this one 8mm

bit of a pain but can be done

I don't have a pic of it yet, i'll take a few on monday and i'll e-mail it to you.

Johnny

Well, insted of having a perspect box around the tank taking up even more room, i have had it mounted under the car. I was told buy a mechanic, who rallies a old skool galant that i would have no problems with this time of setup, and that the inside cabin one was not cams approved. so in a way i was right, but thankyou for clearing it all up, as i didn't know about the bulkhead bit
