Ok, i tried a few tests trying to solve this smoking problem on my 3tgte.
If i rev the engine and hold it at 3000-4000rpm while stationary, i will see no smoke untill its been revving at 3000-4000rpm for atleast 10secs
compressions are fine ~145psi x4, it also smokes under hard acceleration
valve stem seals? however its a turbo car and does the pressure while on boost stop the valve stem seals from leaking?

it can be a few things....
could be turbo... when it boosts it will blow oil past the seals.... if it was your valve seat seals you wouldnt have much comrpession if it was bad it would only puff out a likl when you first rev it then nuffin .... it could be ya rings are warn out or ont heyre way or blowby .. symptons of blowby is warn out rings or blocked pcv valve can be one of those

Oil past the turbo seals usually shows itself up on liftoff, with smoke then, I'd say it will be engine related, but hard to diagnose not having seen or tested the car.

Could be blown oil rings...compression rings don't have to be gone and you can still get good compression and blow oil at the same time.
