OK due to the fact my brother has just written off my road car, i cant get my rally car fully registered, and now i have to get it rally registered (long story).. But this means i cant drive it on the road and cant run my engine in for 1000 K's. Is there a way to quick run it in before an event without damaging it ??

Ben youll have to go for a long drive on a track or something, as you really need to have load on the engine to run it in, I cant imagine putting it on blocks to be very effective...at least 500Kms, youll know when the engine is run in as it will feel a little more free reving, for the first 200 keep below 4000rpm, then the next 100Kms just past the TVIS opening, say around 5000rpm then the last little bit you can open up to 6Krpm but as you know I recomend at least 1000Kms. I hope that incident didnt happen after you left my place the other night
if we have to I can can re-ring it again later fairly easily

Michael, no he destroyed it on Sunday, Under rally rego im going to make a few long trips to Cessnock, as thats were my service mechanic is (if you get my drift) That will easily make up 1000 K's in a couple of trips.
Blody under 25 insurance excess, my brother owes me big time
