I'm going to buy my friend's ae86, with 4age, wolf 2D, whitline sway bar and a good after market exhaust, how much should I pay for it?

The main factor would be what conidition the body is in, if its a good body then it could be worth 6,000 not so good body maybe 4

the body is really straight except for 2 dents on the rear, but nothing unfixable, the paint isnt looking its best any more,
i am asking $4600 with the stereo and $4100 with out, or will swap for another car of same valuse or with cash adjustments
