Cant you just use a 2S RWD fly wheel, bell housing, starter and a high performance clutch?

Why? I am looking at doing a 3S-GE conversion into an old celica we use for rallying.
What else can you use to get a 3S into a RWD set up? (without making a new fly wheel!)
