Yes jap spec St185 gear box and FRONT (only front sorry) drive shafts. They have done 125,000km (can prove from the dash of the front cut. And i believe that the JDM ones have better acceleration cause of finial drive of 4.285:1 not the more top end 3.93:1 one in others (aus spec or something (read it somewhere).

Offers around $900, but i'm a nice guy...

just for interests sake from what my engineer guy tells me and what ive heared from others the australian ones have the better drive ratio in it .. but they had longer ratios in the box itself and no LSD up front

its the 185 RC/Carlos sainz/Group A's that had the 3.9 final ratio .

Youll find the Australian spec St185 shares alot of the group A components ( Diff and turbo are two examples i know of already ), we just got the lesser ECU and intercooler setup , the gearbox is not short ratioed like the group A

refer to here for info

300-400 very hard to belive, especially with drive shafts, cause i got my st162 s-53 box for 330 from a wreaker and it was particly imposible to find one under 300.

Thanks for the proper info man!

Well it down to $700, the $900 was a 'up in the air' price.

just so you also know $700 dollars is the usual ballpark figure for a st205 group A gearbox , with LSD , short shifter , and all the other goodies ..

thats for a second hand one, in unknown condition ..

The figure I quoted is what I have seen a few sold for recently. Obviously a wrecker is going to charge you more for one.

Anyway, all the best with the sale mate Smile
