on my celica st162 can i take that black metal bar behind the bumper and foam off.

is it bolted or welded on

if its bolted on where are the bolts for it?

p.s i'm asking cos i smahed back and the metal bar is bent.

for anyone that wants to know

there are 4 bolts holding the bar on, they are covered by a plastic black cover each in the boot floor.
