The rims are most definately still available.
To transport them to brisbane would probably cost about $20~$40 I would imagine.
They came off an RA23 celica, but I believe they fit every celica up until an st182 or some such.
They also fit some coronas and the AE86 and 85.
They fit any car with a 4x114.3 offset.
