i need a two way for my 86 but JDM LSD's seem too X E for me i was told a hilux LSD i sgreat for thrashing. Just wanted to know exactly what i would need to complete the conversion. More than likely will keep some type of drum brake setup.

duhhhhh... you need a hilux diff, a hilux LSD centre, the ratio of your choice, and then get then diff housing modified for width (perhaps), and then get the suspension mounts welded on.
the hilux should be stronger for fooly sik thrashing than the fooly sik "JDM yo yo" LSD.
so why do you need limited diff slippage when decelerating?

Cause i love dirt shhh
ignore the crap about how good hiluxs are, the nissan pintaras are way better, with lots of ratio options and really cheap, plus theyre the great local made BW, all you need to do is cut the mount points off your original diff and get someone to weld them into the correct position on the pintara diff, the bonus is youll also get nice big rear disc brakes
ps .. stu .. stop being a bully
