I don't think what you want to do is possible irrespective of budget.

I've heard that the JZ25DETT is not good for drifting though.
Is that true bro?

They're OK for drifting if you do a Sprinter diff conversion first. Bro.

You buy a JZ25DETT halfcut and then build the Sprinter around the halfcut using the donor cars panels. Make sure you put an S series diff in there and then in 2 months ask about an LSD or Hilux conversion.

Is anyone being serious??
Dude are you sure you don't mean a 2jz-gte, i haven't heard of anyone doing that conversion on a Corona so i would imagine you would need a new gear box, wiring loom, diff and probably fabricate new engine mounts, most engine conversions are fairly invloved. esp if the engine being put in wasn't designed for that car.

im serious! the jz25dett has been around for a while and often overlooked by importers thats why we dont see many

it was available in 2 versions the fwd costroler, like our corolla

and the limited edition JDM Jappanese drift Machine coronas

Nark: according to hot 4's september issue 93 they coronas werent adjustable enuff, they couldnt get enuff negative camber out of them, so to answer your question, yes they were no good for drifting

ive been looking around and found some pics
