anyone got any ideas on which seats would fit/look nice in a TA22. im refering to seats from another vehicle, not racing seats. any ideas or experiences?

wrx seats have been fitted to EVERY 2 door car that has ever been released at least once.

It's pretty common to put MA61 seats in early Celicas, and apparently not that hard to do.

leather series 6 rx7 seats, thats what's going into mine. they're sitting in place and they're at a nice height, i've just got to make up the mounting brackets when i've got some spare time.
nice to look at and the leather is so nice to sit in.

Not much, when you pay that much money they already fit. Just bolt in...
They were orignally material type Recaros that Recaro did again in black leather. I dont think Recaro sell leather as a standard seat..

Recaro N-Joys still come in leather. So you have custom rails on the seats? Or do you have the mounting points in the car modified? Either way, do they sit very high?

Don't wanna be mean or anything Greg, but I drove to Queensland in an AE101 Levin once, and a very reliable source (my arse!) informed me that the seats weren't really the stuff of dreams. They just seem to feel, I dunno, not quite parkbenchy, but unsupportive in all the essential areas. Or maybe my arse is just oddly shaped

i can't really tell you how good they are mate. my car has done 1.8km since they were installed which includes two trips around the block with no front and multiple drives up and down the driveway....

I got them off a guy who had REcaro set them up for him ages ago. My car is not modified for the seats so I guess the rails are...
