Just completed this very conversion.
Although I did it a little different to others.
I used the R32 calipers and matching rotors. This gives you a new PCD of 5 x 114.3
I made custom hubs and caliper brackets. The hubs bolt to the standard sprinter strut. Original wheel bearings and seal can be used.
There are cheaper ways of doing it, do a search for this info, but none let you retain the sprinter strut and bearings.
You could also use s13 struts as a base and go from there but i think 5 studs is the go just due to the mag selection.
Cheers

i did the gtst upgrade & the whole conversion cost me about $650
its a good idea to step up the size of the master cylinder too cause i was gettin a low pedal.

Alrighty, I'm short on time now, but here's what I did in very quick words:
R33 calipers
GTR Vspec (320something MM) rotors
UZS131 Crown hubs, machined down externally, different bearings, NASCAR studs (looooong!)
Made some caliper adapter brackets, because the larger rotor needed the calipers in a different place, however if you use the 297mm rotors, you only need a small spacer, the bolt holes line up and the offset is correct. This is with RA60 struts, though!
I also adapted an MX83 master cylinder to the AE86 booster.
Total cost ~$700 including new rotors, then later $200ish more for greenstuff pads
Sorry to be so short on details, but I haven't got a heap of time right now! I'll try and take some photos though...
