It seems like there is a growing number of Crown owners here on the forums. Just wondering how many of us there were ?
Here is my MS65:

Post a pic of your Crownie if you have one

I am a crownie owner with a closet corolla fetish.
I have 3 wagons, 1 for sale with 2 that i will be working on over the next 4 years to perfect them.
I have one GS120 wagon, more like a G(M)S120 with a 7MGTE and auto, one MS53 with a 4M and auto and the MS53 with a 4M and a 3speed that i have to regretfully sell.
Cheers
Andrij

GT,
The MS53 was listed on Classic Crown. Its actually 1 of 3, I am now proud owner of the "best" one and will be stripping all useable parts from the worst one. Its all paid for I just need to get my ass to Queensland and trailor it home. It was originally purchased from the all Toyota Day in Qld 2 or 3 years back so you may have seen it.
Its been in a paddock a while so will take some TLC (Read major project ) but apparently its not to bad. (I haven't actually seen it yet)
I've been hunting for one for along while now but they proved near impossible to locate.
Heres some poor quality pics of it tho.

Now the biggest decision is, Ford XR6T "Phantom" Purple or Toyota Mica Red ??????

That was "wagonist's" one, yeah?
My friend Mark got one years ago with a Chev 350 in it (one of the Chev's legs was out of bed). It was an absolute abortion of a conversion. It sits to this day in a paddock in the middle of the Mallee on his farm, and he WON'T sell it.
About 1 month after he bought it, one came up in Pick a Part (15 years ago). I grabbed the twin SUs and manifold off it and my friend and I absolutely gutted the rest of it over a weekend. They gave us all the parts for the price of the car.
I have never seen one in the flesh since.
Saw your post on Classicrown looking for the Jap spec front end - forget it - Mark has been looking for 15 years . He's missing one trim bit.

I reckon the Jap Yahoo Auctions are the way of the future. I suggest scouring them for the bits.
OR....
I just remembered "Eric" on Classicrown has a Jap spec MS65 on his horse paddock. It's unregistered and he uses it to tow the horse float from one end of the paddock to the other. I got the impression it's not as loved as his collection of 50 series (his coupe is the duck's guts ). I honestly can't remember if it has the front end you're after but you could chat to him/get him to send pics. Maybe he'd come at a swap + money?

Yeah Rod that pic was taken a long while ago.
The wagon on the right is bloody nice, but what wrong with the one on the left???
Also have to annonce there is one less crown on these forums.
My Mum's MS112 that I have been cruising in latley was written off yesterday. I was hit from behind on Rockwood Rd. I was stationary and i didn't even hear the other bloke lock up. He hit at atlest 60kph.
What it will be replaced with will be toyota so we will see what dad buys.
Also here's a better pic of my beast.

Ahhh shit dude that sux
At least it wasn't the wagon !!!
If your Dad's looking for a crown to replace it with there has been a nice sounding one in the trady for the last month or two. It not in last weeks but if you have some old ones kicking around it should be in there. Was an original 55 with low k's and was $3000 from memory.
Just make sure he stears clear of the 5M-E variety lol

Yeah dad has been looking around a soarars and chasers but they could be a bit to much.
With his business he might lease a falcon ute or something.
But a certain MS55 7MGTE in dubbo has also been metioned.

Sorry to hear about your mum's car.
Hope she is ok.
I think, tho, if your mum got that 55 from Dubbo, she would never be late to any appointments.
The dubbo crown sure looks great tho, doesnt it?
