does anyone know if hi lift {no duration changes} cams combined with bigger valves could interfere with each other.
i'm getting Ferrea valves for my car {O/S} and base-circle ground cams for my 18RG, could there be any clearance issues

This will depend on cam timing and the size of the valves. You will need to check it when you put the engine back together.
The more common clearance issue is with valves intefering with the pistons, not each other; at overlap I can't see the valves hitting each other being a problem.

i have a 88250 head, and the cam grinder said that the cams were way too small for the head so i'd say he'll grind them alot, the valves are probably only gonna ba bit bigger [1mm or so}, the cam timing will be set as std
