I found this stock TA23 manual but its got a small rust holes on passenger side sill its like the size of 4 x 10 cents

any ballpark figure to fix this problem by the professional panel beaters?

the guy is selling it unregistered good tyres, missing left indicator and side mirror other than that the rest looks fair. paint is not faded or anything..

$1100 sounds cheap?

Sounds like a good price to me. I know someone that can fix that rust for you as long as you dont want the paint matched and all that crap.

The person in question would cut the rust out and then weld in some new metal. Once that is done, if needed fiberglass would be used to smooth it out.
