AE86 Levin and Trueno Bonnets For Sale Tue, 25 May 2004 05:28 Go to next message
Gold Levin bonnet, and 1 Trueno bonnet for sale! Levin bonnet is in excellent condition, the Trueno bonnet is silver/grey in colour and has damage around the left headlight recess. In my opinion any competent panel beater could bring it back to excellent condition with a couple of hours work on it. All bonnets are $350each, pics as follows:

Last time I priced a new bonnet, it was over $700, and needed to be paid for in full before order as it had to come from Japan - and that was three years ago. As for wreckers having one, I think they're all awake to the front end parts goldmine that wannabe drift kings are, and as such, prices like these are eaily obtained for good bonnets. your prior comment before editing your post that a Carbon Fibre bonnet could be obtained for $350 is somewhat ludicrous?!

Yep, OK everyone relax. Yep I'm quite happy here in Perth, so no I have no idea where you'd find a CF bonnet in Sydney. I'd suggest you PM or email a few of the NSW sprinter boys they will have a better idea on where to get one - this is the most appropriate form of contact given the time past since this thread was last posted in, though I will admit I still have one Levin and one Trueno bonnet for sale, so thanks for the bump. Best of luck in your search, I hope you wallet is bulging!
