the best brand of pod filter or the best one you can buy for 30-50 bucks?

whatever the best one is, apex'i i'm thinking, you cant get it for 50 bucks.

also, a pod wont "fit where the stanbdard one goes"

what you may or may not be referring to is a replacement panel filter, you sound confused.

the 30-50 buck pods are a use once throw away idea - no re-oilable and usable like your K&N ect.

take your 30-50 bucks, add another 50 bucks and get a K&N. i have one on my LPG'd 100kw 4AGE - grouse induction noise at throttle.

Well I got one for my 7AFE from repco (paid $140, you can get them cheaper), but u can pick them up from supercheap and most other motor parts retailers.

If you go to: http://www.knfilterchargers.com/search/appsearch.a spx you can match the right one for your vehicle.

It will give you a part number, just go into one of these stores and tell them to order it for you if they dont have it in stock.

I got a K&N panel filter for a 7A-FE from Auto One, paid $135. There isn't a huge difference, I'm gonna gut out the airbox and see how that goes Evil or Very Mad
