gear selector cable p/n needed

Hi All,
'95 AE102 7afe M/T:
Can anybody please help me figure out which part number the gear selector cable is that holds the ball joint directly under the gear stick? Mine's sticking in/out of gears atm and I need to replace it.
I'm fairly sure it's one of these parts:
33822-YA020
33821-YA020
but the Toyota parts places I called
a. can't help me figure out exactly what it's called that distinguishes it from the other selector cable
b. don't wanna give me the part number
c. tried to tell me both the cables go under the gear lever and are exactly the same  (even though they have different part numbers and one clearly has a little ball joint housing)
