RA65 is much better than the RA60 (and I dont just say that to get max spluttering )
IRS, torquey 22R engine (which eats huge amounts of fuel and oil, but hey..), better options, sexier headlights.
What you *really* want is an ma61 supra

i can vouch for the oil eating qualities of thsi engine :*( as mine goes threw 2 ltre every month! and gets 12ltre per 100km on high way and 15 in city

Yeah, still only slightly worse than one running on 6 cyls

Actually, IIRC:
82-83 model year = RA60 (old style pop-forward headlights & front end, solid axcel, 6.7" diff, 21R-C)
84 model year = Sa63 (newer front end, IRS, 6.7" diff, 2S-C)
85 model year = ra65 (newer front end, IRS, 7.5" diff, 22R-E)
not 100% sure on when the RA60 came out, but the above is basically right AFAIK
