i dont know if this helps..but if u buy a 'gregory's' or haynes car manual for ur car/engine all torque settings should be in there

Bit of a no brainer really, japanese or no japanese Rolling Eyes

Initial Torque - 34nm (350kg-cm)to seat all bolts
First pass - Angle torque all bolts 90 degrees
Second pass - Angle torque all bolts 90 degrees.
