Does anyone know the points gap on an 18R-C engine?

	0.08?

I think .016" or 0.4mm.

Oops, my bad, yes 0.016, I was thinking of the spark plug gap, not the points, as "My memory did not serve me correctly". (IMSMC)
Sorry.
Mitch.

I just did a Google on it - the answer is 0.018 inches or 0.45mm.

2 thou is not too bad from an abused memory.

Took about 15 seconds to find the answer too

My rule of thumb (with a dodgy memory) was always 0.08 plugs and 0.016 points...so there you go. And just goes to show that google is your friend. Thanks YelloRolla.
Mitch.

Mitch, to be honest, I would've done them at .016 myself and I would never have bothered looking it up.

For plugs - .8 to .9 mm.

I've been accused of being a contrary bastard before - may be a bit of that thrown in as well
